Books always seem real when you get to the stage of planning the front cover and the inside artwork. So, here is the first peak at my new one on James Stanley and the Civil War, as it affected North Western England and the Isle of Man. Hopefully, I'll get to post some first peeks at the paintings that Sean O' Brogain is working on for inclusion in the book, over the coming weeks.
